Jim McLees is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service, specializing in resolving complex real estate and business tax problems, along with personal financial planning, retirement consulting, Estate planning, and post-death Estate facilitation. A veteran of the Southern California real estate industry, he specializes in the analysis and acquisition of financially-troubled residential income property. Mr. McLees brings to his clients over 35 years of professional income tax, investment and real estate experience and his clients appreciate his “bottom line” perspective to investments and his tenacity in minimizing tax liability.
